I get a lot of mails from one particular email address , how can i create a separate folder for those emails?

I Daily get mails from my job serach.....i want to create a separate folder for those mails , where all mails coming from that email address should go to that folder automatically (with out coming in to my Inbox folder?

That should not be a problem. If you are using Yahoo you need to create the folder and then clikc on option-%26gt; Filters on the main window and set the parameters like the senders address or the subject line of the message to have it send to the designated folder automatically.


If you are using outlook you can create the rules from Tools-%26gt; Rules and Alerts. Set a rule using which all the mails from respective address is send to the desginated folder.
Reply:No it will not go directly.. u have select them and move them to the required folder.. it doesnt take much time though
Reply:yahoo mail have a section at your left where you can create folders and organize your mail ...but the cant go there automatictly you have to send it or move it to the specific folder by yourself...I hope that can help you..
Reply:You need to setup a Filter/Rule. The method will vary depending on which email program that you use.
Reply:assuming this is on yahoo! mail. is it SPAM or legit? if SPAM just click on the SPAM button.





if legit, then


- click on Options (far right top when u get to yahoo! mail.


- clck on FILTERS link


- click ADD


- give it a name and fill in some of the empty boxes


- tell it wher to go (folder- you can create this folder as well)


- save n done!
