How do you create a form that sends info to email address?

Can you please write down the html for a form that sends the information to an email address?.





The only problem is that I do NOT want there to be a window that appears once they submit it saying they will be submitting email.

The correct code can depend upon a number of variables. If you don't expect that you will receive more than 20 emails a month, you can use this service that will send you a very nicely formatted email, opposed to the standard html form that transfers very sloppy info based on form field names. There are certainly other coding options, but unless you want to go to school-o-creating-forms, this is a quick and easy fix.
