You can create a normal email address for your son here:

However, you can also create a family account and create an email address for your son using that. This would allow you to modify his account information and his Blocked list and prevent him from accessing age-restricted sections of Yahoo!. To learn more about family accounts, go here:

So what is the problem? choose the site on which you want to create account and click on new user or i don't have an account.
