You would need to own a website url and hosting package. You can purchase these pretty cheaply at places like http://www.godaddy.com





Example: Buy www.SoAndSo.com and then purchase a hosting package to host the url. Then using cpanel you can add accounts to the hosting package such as "myname" therefore having a personlized email address like myname@SoAndSo.com
Reply:If you own the SoAndSo.com domain, contact the person that is administering email addresses to have your myname@SoAndSo.com email account created.





If you do not own the SoAndSo.com domain then you will probably have to settle for myname@yahoo.com or myname@google.com.

For less than a dollar per week all up, sounds cheap to me.
