I wanted to add another email address to my Mail Plus! account, which I'm paying for, and I can't find a way to do it. Seems the service doesn't include that anymore. Is this true?

No thats not true. you can still create one additional email address. Click the following links:
Options-%26gt;Mail Addresses
You should find add Extra Email Address at the bottom of the page.
