It won't accept anything I put in to create a new email address. I even tried just garbled letters and numbers

I deleted the other second name I had and just simply want to replace it and have a different one.

That will happen sometimes. It happens to when I want to sign up for some kind of service and the name will be taken. Sometimes, you just have to with what they have.
